Boys' lacrosse players at Syracuse high school to face criminal charges for hazing incident

At least 11 members of a Syracuse high school lacrosse team will face criminal charges for a hazing incident where a player was kidnapped, Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick said.
