Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser leads the charge for the annual 'Love the Boot Week'

BATON ROUGE – Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser and Keep Louisiana Beautiful launched the largest litter removal effort in Louisiana, "Love the Boot Week," on Friday.
