Local lawmakers and officials offer condolences after Kip Holden's death

BATON ROUGE - Lawmakers, officials and other prominent names in the capital city are offering their condolences after former Mayor-President Melvin "Kip" Holden died early Wednesday morning. Former Metro Councilwoman C.
