NAPOLEONVILLE — A Belle Rose man was arrested Friday after an investigation uncovered his connection to a pyramid scheme that defrauded several people, Assumption Parish deputies said.John Michael Thibodeaux, 44, was arrested on felony theft and illegal pyramid scheme charges.
