Frankfort’s Tandy, Franklin County’s Williams end season in first round at state

Frankfort’s Josh Tandy and Franklin County’s Myles Williams competed in the first round of the KHSAA State Golf Tournament Monday at StoneCrest Golf Course in Prestonsburg.
Tandy shot a five-over par 75 to tie for 24th place, and Williams tied for 54th place with a 79. After shooting eight-over par on the front side, Williams bounced back to shoot just one-over par on the back nine.
