Fiscal court approves opioid abatement funds for local groups
The fiscal court on Wednesday unanimously approved a resolution of the Franklin County Board of Health, establishing a public health tax rate of 6.2%.
The process was completed in collaboration with the Department of Local Government.
In other business, the court approved opioid abatement funds to nine local groups.
