Empower seeks $3 million to make full multi-building revitalization project a reality

Work has already begun on Phase 1— renovating the former Basham's at 103 E. 21st St. into a commercial incubation kitchen, multi-purpose classroom and office space. Now, Empower is on a mission to raise the needed funds to get Phase 2 started.
