New Commander of Downtown District Announced

INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Chief Christopher Bailey recently announced the appointment of Captain Shane Foley as the Commander of Downtown District.Commander Shane Foley is an 18-year veteran of IMPD.
