IMPD Appoints New Command Staff

INDIANAPOLIS — Major Seth Ferrell has been promoted to Commander of the Administrative Division. Commander Seth Ferrell joined the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department in April of 2008 and served as a patrol officer on East District middle shift before joining the Crime Reduction Team (CRT).
