Former Black Acre Brewing Property Gets New Owners

IRVINGTON — The former Black Acre Brewing Co. Garden on Bonna Ave. in Irvington has been empty for years, but will get a new life as Pots & Pans Pie Co.’s commercial kitchen. They will begin construction in fall 2026 and hope to have it completed in spring of 2027.
