INDIANA — Cyclospora is a microscopic parasite that can affect the intestinal tract and cause diarrhea in those who get infected. People get infected when they eat or drink food or water contaminated with the parasite. The Marion County Health Department, as of Friday, July 10, Marion County had 17 confirmed cases of the parasite.
