• The November meeting of the Perry Township / Southport Historical Society features guest speaker JoAnn Bush, daughter of home builder Bob Stephens. She has some interesting stories to tell about her dad’s business and housing development in our community. Stephens built homes in Perry Manor, Hill Valley, Carriage Estates, Meridian Woods and more. He was the developer of Cary Ranch,  Pebble Hills, Shadow Hills and other subdivisions.
