State Supreme Court to hear arguments over Tommy Waters’ election eligibility

The Hawaii Supreme Court today is set to hear oral arguments in two legal challenges stemming from the Aug. 8 primary election for the City Council’s East Honolulu seat now occupied by Tommy Waters.
