Maui County prepares for another cyclone

As Tropical Storm Nolo strengthens into what is predicted to be a major hurricane as it nears Hawaii, Maui County officials and residents still recovering from Kona lows, Hurricane Lala and Hurricane Lowell are preparing for another potentially destructive weather system.
