Kokua Line: What goes in hurricane evacuation bag?

Question: Can you please list what is supposed to be in a “go bag” if we have to evacuate for a hurricane? I’ve always kept the 14-day supply of water, nonperishable food, batteries, etc., to stay at home without power, as we have frequent outages. But until this hurricane season I’ve never thought we might have to flee.
