Key races draw Election Day attention

Gov. Josh Green faces little opposition in tonight’s party primary election but there are competitive Democratic races for Hawaii’s next lieutenant governor, and there could even be an upset if state Sen. Jarrett Keohokalole pulls off a win over incumbent Ed Case to represent urban Honolulu in Congress.
