Heavy rain, flash flooding possible across Hawaii

The National Weather Serv­ice has issued a flood watch for Hawaii island beginning late this evening and continuing through Monday afternoon, as a Kona low is expected to bring heavy rain, thunderstorms and possible flash flooding across the state this weekend and into next week.
