State files motion to dismiss charges against 1 of 6 'Outlaws' tied to Pikes Pub attack

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The state filed a motion Friday to dismiss the charges against one of six men accused of being involved in the violent beating at Pikes Pub.Kent Adamonis was accused in the battery of James Simmons, a Black man who was beaten at the bar just outside Fort Wayne city limits on May 30.
Adamonis was arrested Thursday on charges of battery and criminal recklessness after tips poured in to police working to identify those involved.In the now-viral video that captured the atta
