Part of Pettit Avenue shut down for water valve replacement
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A portion of Pettit Avenue is set to shut down Friday as field operators work to replace a water valve.According to a release from Fort Wayne City Utilities, Pettit Avenue will be closed to all traffic in the block between Fairfield and Arlington avenues starting at 8 a.m.Construction is expected to last one day.
