ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - On Friday, the Allen County Prosecutor's Office ruled an officer was justified in his actions during a standoff in Huntertown this past December.On Dec. 17, officers with the Allen County Sheriff's Department responded to the 2700 block of Ascension Court on reports of a man armed with a gun in a neighborhood off Carroll Road. A standoff ensued that lasted more than an hour, during which the man came out of a home twice and was armed.
