FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Back in May of 2022, an unresponsive child suffering from cystic fibrosis was found by emergency responders inside a Fort Wayne apartment. The child later died and months later, arrest warrants were issued for the child's caregivers.Byron A. Hynes and Madyson P. Conley were charged with Level 1 felony counts of neglect of a dependent resulting in death, Level 3 felony counts of neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury and Level 6 felony counts of neglect
