Man allegedly assembles 'Molotov cocktail', starts fire, falls from downtown building

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- Thursday, a downtown building, Markey Bonding, caught fire after a man allegedly assembled a "Molotov cocktail," catching the elevator on fire and fleeing out of a window and falling while scaling the front of the building.

Emmanuel K. Collier faces preliminary charges of two counts of Arson, Criminal Mischief, Resisting Law Enforcement and Arson with Bodily Injury. He faces an additional charge
