Less-lethal gun maker based in Fort Wayne opens local retailer

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A local manufacturer that specializes in less-lethal weapons now has a retail store in Fort Wayne.Byrna has already been making its products in Fort Wayne, but recently opened a retailer in the area as well. The concept behind the weapons is to employ self-defense without lethal force.Samuel Letherer, training manager who also leads a Nashville location, demonstrated how to use the company's launcher:
