Joe Exotic files intent to sue Black Pine Animal Sanctuary over plans to neuter tiger
ALBION, Ind. (WANE) -- Joe Exotic issued a notice of intent to file a lawsuit against Black Pine Animal Sanctuary after they announced they would be neutering Elvis, a tiger previously housed at Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park in Oklahoma.In the notice filed Tuesday, Joseph Maldonado, known by the alias Joe Exotic, said that he intended to file suit against the Professional Animal Retirement Center (PARC) and Black Pine Animal Sanctuary for the violation of the Endangered Species Act (ESA)
