FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — As food truck season is approaching, a piece of legislation waiting for Gov. Braun's signature could impact the industry.House Bill 1577 would allow food truck owners to purchase one license that would cover their service statewide."It makes me super excited because this just lets us know that somebody is down at the state level fighting for us small businesses," Casandra Arthur, owner of King Arthur's Paddywagon and Trolley, said. "They know that it is a struggle
