FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Fire crews said their emergency protocols helped save a man's life last Friday.A man was trapped after a cave-in at a construction site just outside of Fort Wayne.The Fort Wayne Fire Department medical team created the crush protocol back in 2024.
