FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Thanks to the expansion of a local program and the return of a national one, Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control (FWACC) is working to put itself in a good spot as the warmer months approach.On Thursday, BISSELL Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters adoption event returned to Fort Wayne, offering a variety of discounts on adoption fees.
