Developer: No light pollution from Back Nine Golf

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- The man behind the Villages of Arneo near North Clinton Street and I-469 told WANE 15 Wednesday the addition of a golf entertainment complex will not bring light or noise pollution to the neighborhood.And James Khan also said he had the studies to prove it.Khan commissioned an independent study to analyze the lighting at the proposed Back Nine Entertainment complex.It showed zero measurable light at the property line.Khan added the lights would be parallel to eastbound
