Coroner identifies 19-year-old who died in crash with semi in northeast Allen County

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - The Allen County Coroner's Office has identified the driver who died Tuesday after colliding with a semitruck in the northeast corner of the county.The woman was identified as Kaiya Elle Bontrager, 19, from Spencerville.The crash happened around 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Campbell Road and Hall Road, also known as State Road 101. An officer at the scene confirmed Bontrager's SUV crashed into an oncoming semi, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.The coroner
