Columbia City sex offender faces child porn charges

COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (WANE) - A Columbia City man who was already know to be a sex offender was arrested Wednesday after police discovered he was allegedly in possession of child porn.A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led Indiana State Police detectives to search a home near East Hickory Circle and County Road 600 East.Police then arrested Derek Gaff, 44, on three Level 5 felony counts and three Level 6 felony counts of possession of child pornography.
