FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Two business leaders of Fort Wayne have submitted an official offer to purchase the historic North River property.According to an announcement from Chuck Surack and Daryle Doden, the pair has submitted a signed Real Estate Purchase Offer to purchase the over 25-acre property known as the North River Property.The City of Fort Wayne announced in February this year that the 29 acres bound by Clinton, Harrison and 4th streets would be transformed into the North River
