Candlelight vigil honors homicide victims and their families

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- As a part of National Crime Victims` Rights Week, the Fort Wayne Police Department Victim Assistance program will honor crime victims and surviving family with a candlelight vigil Monday.
