(WANE)— The Indiana House of Representatives passed Senate Bill 1 Wednesday, a bill that Columbia City Mayor Ryan Daniel described as a "double-edged sword."Wednesday's passage came after the property tax bill's second reading in the House. The bill passed a third reading on Thursday.
