MERCER COUNTY, Ohio (WANE) — A man is dead following a crash in Mercer County Saturday afternoon.Mercer County Central Dispatch received reports of a crash at the intersection of US Route 33 and Celina Mendon Road at 3:00 p.m.According to a release, an investigation revealed that 48-year-old, Eric Topp, was driving southbound on Celina Mendon Road.
