1 dead and 1 in life-threatening condition after car strikes AEP work vehicle

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — One person is dead and another is in life-threatening condition after a car struck an American Electric Power (AEP) work truck on Rothman Road early Saturday morning.According to a release from the Fort Wayne Police Department, it happened just after 2:30 a.m. in the 8100 block of Rothman Road. A preliminary investigation determined that a sedan was heading eastbound when it struck a parked AEP work vehicle, also eastbound, with its flashers and lights activated.T
