Serious injuries after early morning Windsor crash

State Police say serious injuries are reported after a multi-car accident Sunday morning on interstate 91northbound. “State police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Team (CARS) is on scene,” police said. That is all the information at this time and the investigation is still ongoing. The road has now reopened.
