SUNY Erie offering free tuition program for adults starting in the fall

(WIVB) -- Adults from New York who don't already have a college degree can apply to earn a free associates degree at SUNY Erie this fall through a new program.New Yorkers aged 25-55 years old are eligible to apply to the SUNY Reconnect program.
