SPCA searches for answers after dog abandoned at De Veaux Woods State Park

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) -- On Wednesday morning, New York State Parks Police rescued a dog who was left tied up at the De Veaux Woods State Park Dog Park in Niagara Falls.The dog was left bleeding and currently, there are no answers of who left her behind."She's just scared, she is a little thin, she's missing toenails on her back feet, her front paws are bloody, so she's not in great shape," said Emily Burrow, shelter manager of the Niagara SPCA.
