'Operation Bootleg Blitz' targets counterfeit Bills items

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) -- As part of "Operation Bootleg Blitz," Orchard Park police, the Bills, and the NFL have all taken a stand against unpermitted merchandise sales and counterfeit items.
