North Park Theatre provides moviegoers with new 4K laser projection

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- After months of raising money, the longstanding North Park Theatre on Hertel Avenue is now debuting its latest upgrade: a 4K laser projector.The theater's projector was due for an upgrade, but a 4K laser projector costs $200,000, which program director Ray Barker said is a lot of money for a local theater."It feels like it's a completely new era for cinematic experiences in Buffalo," Barker said. "We have brought 4K laser projection and we're really proud of it."Barker sa
