New York bars open till 4 a.m. for the World Cup

Governor Kathy Hochul signed legislation extending alcohol service hours to 4 a.m. statewide for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and announced a $6 million investment to host a free 50,000-person final match watch party in Central Park.
