Mahoney building at Niagara Square up for auction

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The Walter J. Mahoney State Office Building at Niagara Square in the heart of downtown Buffalo is up for sale.The building, located at 65 Court St., is over 69,700 square feet and five stories high. It sits between the Statler and Buffalo Police Headquarters.Developer Douglas Jemal won an auction for the building back in 2021. Prior to that, the building housed the Office of General Services and was first constructed in 1925 and renovated in 1990.
An auction will be held
