Landlord arrested after neglecting Allentown property on St. Louis Place

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A landlord was arrested Thursday after failing to appear in housing court for allegedly neglecting his properties, including an Allentown building across the street from where two prominent artists were found dead last month, Acting Buffalo Mayor Chris Scanlon announced.Charles Dobucki, the landlord at 2 St. Louis Place, was arrested Thursday morning at an auto shop on Delaware Avenue.
