LANCASTER, N.Y. (WIVB) — After over a month of waiting for the Counihan family, the man who is accused of seriously injuring their son Lincoln, a Lancaster High School star athlete, in a car crash, is behind bars and faces up to 15 years in prison.Luke Darling, 43, is accused of causing that crash.
