Lackawanna man gets 3 years for role in kidnapping conspiracy of sister

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Lackawanna man was sentenced to three years in prison after he conspired with his father and brother to kidnap his sister and hold her in Yemen for over a year, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced Thursday.
