'It's like I keep getting one door slammed after another': Resident's daughter expresses frustration with Elderwood

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A woman who says care for her mother has gone downhill at Elderwood at Lockport was among multiple people picketing Monday to call for better wages in order to recruit and maintain staffing at the nursing facility.
Cindy Bucolo said her mother Judy has bedsores following seven years at Elderwood.
"They don't have the staff to change her when she needs to be changed," Bucolo said. "You can have care plan, after care plan, after care plan and it's on there for her to be cha
