Driver who used cocaine before fatal crash gets indeterminate sentence, has license revoked
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Depew man was sentenced to an indeterminate sentence of 2 1/2 to 7 1/2 years in prison and had his license permanently revoked for causing a crash that killed an Eden man in 2023, the Erie County District Attorney's Office said.Around 5:30 a.m. of July 24 that year, Zachary Poisson, 34, was driving under the influence of cocaine on Clinton Street in West Seneca when he crossed into the other lane and caused a head-on collision, officials said. David Sion, 49, died as a
