Chautauqua County man admits to threatening to blow up power plants

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Chautauqua County pleaded guilty to conveying false information and hoaxes after he threatened National Grid last May, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.Officials said 40-year-old Stockton resident Justin Horton called National Grid and said "I'm going to blow up both of your nuclear power plants by the end of next week" on May 13, 2024.
