Buffalo man sentenced to over 2 years for starting fire on railroad tracks
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man was sentenced to two years and three months in prison after he started a fire on train tracks in his backyard in Farnham almost two years ago, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Michael Benitez, 34, was convicted of attempt to wreck, derail, set fire to, or disable railroad on-track equipment.
