Buffalo man admits to manslaughter, allegedly threw weapons from Skyway

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man pleaded guilty to manslaughter and weapon charges Friday morning after he killed a man last summer and allegedly threw weapons off the Skyway, the Erie County District Attorney's Office announced.
Edward Harwell, 39, shot 21-year-old Kabah Kabah with an illegal gun multiple times on the 200 block of Bird Avenue. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 3. Kabah was pronounced deceased at ECMC.The suspect vehicle traveled eastbound on Route 198, onto Ro
